02Is xPage Drop a payment solution for dropshippers?+
Yes. Payment access is the primary proposition: xDrop Payment manages customer payment collection inside the xPage Drop order flow. Fulfillment, support, settlement, and payouts remain connected as supporting operations.
03Can I sell without Stripe?+
xPage Drop is designed so eligible sellers do not need to connect their own Stripe account to accept customer payments through the managed selling flow. Seller and market eligibility are confirmed during onboarding.
04Can I sell without PayPal?+
Eligible sellers do not need to connect their own PayPal account for customer checkout. Customer payment collection and the seller payout method are separate parts of the managed lifecycle.
05Do I need to connect my own payment gateway?+
No personal Stripe or PayPal gateway connection is required for the managed xDrop Payment checkout. Activation, identity, market, and product eligibility are confirmed before a seller starts processing orders.
06What is xDrop Payment?+
xDrop Payment is the managed payment layer inside xPage Drop. It supports the customer checkout and payment collection step, then passes the connected paid order into supplier fulfillment, support, settlement, and payout operations. It is not presented as an unrelated standalone gateway.
07Does xPage Drop handle fulfillment?+
Yes. After payment, an eligible order moves to the managed supplier flow for sourcing, packaging, dispatch, and tracking. Fulfillment is a supporting capability connected to the primary payment proposition.
08How is seller profit calculated?+
The homepage estimate subtracts product cost, destination shipping, the 9% handling fee, and the 2.9% plus $1 payment fee from customer revenue. Taxes, refunds, discounts, disputes, and order adjustments can change the final result.
09How are sellers paid?+
Eligible payouts are requested from Available Balance with a $50 minimum. Requests are reviewed, status remains visible, and the currently displayed payout options are PayPal or Payoneer in USD. Availability is confirmed during onboarding.
10What is Smart Radar Anti-Fraud?+
Smart Radar analyzes payment, address, refund, customer, and order signals to surface suspicious activity for review. It supports risk monitoring but does not promise complete fraud prevention or zero disputes.
11What does xPage Drop cost?+
The currently displayed early-access offer is $1 for 14 days, then $49 per month. Each order shows a 9% handling fee and a 2.9% plus $1 payment fee, plus quoted product and destination shipping costs.
